Mint and chocolate compliment each other perfectly in this festive leprechaun bark. It's sure to satisfy all the little leprechauns in your house this St Patrick's Day!

1 10 oz bag Andes baking chips
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp vegeatble oil
2 cups green candy melts
1/2 cup white candy melts
1/2 cup green m&ms for decorating
2 Tbsp sprinkles for decorating
