100 g (3.5 oz) Ricotta Cheese
100 g (3.5 oz) Greek Yogurt
160 g (5.6 oz) Plain Flour
100 g (3.5 oz) Caster Sugar
60 g (2.10 oz) Unsalted Butter
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
2 Medium Eggs
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
2 Tablespoons Icing Sugar (optional)
100 g (3.5 oz) Ricotta Cheese
100 g (3.5 oz) Greek Yogurt
160 g (5.6 oz) Plain Flour
100 g (3.5 oz) Caster Sugar
60 g (2.10 oz) Unsalted Butter
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
2 Medium Eggs
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
2 Tablespoons Icing Sugar (optional)
Cream the butter (soften at room temperature) with sugar for about 5 minutes.
Add eggs, one at a time and beat with an electric mixer until fluffy.
