Better than store bought and truly light and fluffy, these pancakes make a wonderful breakfast treat.

Dry ingredients
1 ½ cup plain flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Wet ingredients
3 tablespoons (60g) butter melted (see notes)
300 ml milk
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
