3 ounces bitter-sweet chocolate baking squares, chopped
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup Fage 0% fat Greek Yogurt
3/4 cup sugar
5 tbsp. Domino light sugar/stevia mix or another 2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs, at room temperature
1/2 cup egg substitute or equivalent to 2 eggs
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups (180 grams) all purpose, unbleached flour
1 cup (120 grams) whole wheat pastry flour
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. kosher salt
1 cup buttermilk
