Lightened Up Turkey Chili

My recipe here is for chili with ground turkey and cannellini beans. I call it my seasonal transition chili; hearty for fall and lightened up for summer.
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic (minced)
2/3 cups chopped red onion
1lb lean ground turkey
1/2 packet Truly Texas Chili Mix (or your favorite mix)
1/2 - 1 Small jalapeƱo pepper (seeds removed and minced)
1/2 - 1 can tomato sauce
2 cups water
1 can cannillini beans (15 oz)
cayenne pepper (to taste)
