Lip Smacking Universal Teriyaki Marinade

This simple, lip smacking marinade is great for chicken, pork, steak, or fish!

1 cup liquid "Zesty" Italian dressing
1 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tsp. diced jarred garlic
1/2 tsp. onion powder
Mix all four ingredients together with a whisk in a medium bowl. Place desired meat in a ziplock bag & pour in mixed marinade. Refridgerate for 4 - 6 hours prior to cooking. Fish only needs to marinade 2 - 3 hours. Meats can be grilled, baked, broiled or pan fried.

Corn Dip with Mexican Style Sour Cream Ingredients:
2 cans (15.25 oz) whole kernel sweet corn
1/2 cup onions ( diced )
1 can (4 oz) green chilis ( fire-roasted and diced )
1/3 package block style cream cheese ( full fat )
3/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese ( shredded )
3/4 cup Pepperjack Cheese
1/2 cup LALA Crema Mexicana
1 package tortilla chips
cilantro ( for garnish )
PAM Spray or similar
