A delicious twist on a classic recipe - these deviled eggs are loaded with bacon, cheese, and chives!

12 large eggs, hard-boiled, cooled and halved
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 teaspoons fresh chives
2½ teaspoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup + 1 tablespoon sour cream (more or less)

2 cloves garlic
2 15.5 oz cans diced tomatoes
1 T sugar
2 t fresh thyme leaves
1 dried bay leaf
1/2 t apple cider vinegar
1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
2 c fresh or frozen okra
