Loaded Baked Potato Dip is sure to please a crowd. Perfect for Parties or just a quick afternoon snack. Full of cheese and bacon and everything you love!

1 package of instant mashed potatoes {the single side dish package not the whole box}
1 cup milk
4 tbsp butter
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheese
4 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup sliced green onions
