Loaded Nachos in the Ninja

All of my favorite nacho toppings in one scoop! So simple, and can be ready in less than 30 minutes. Leftovers can be used so many different ways.

1 pound lean ground beef
2 (14 oz) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15 oz) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 (11 oz) can corn, drained
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (4 oz) can diced green chilis
2 Tbsp taco seasoning
1 (10 oz) bag tortilla chips
shredded cheddar cheese
optional: diced onions, diced green peppers, sour cream, taco sauce.
In the Ninja, brown the ground beef and drain any grease. Add all canned ingredients & taco seasoning. Bring to a simmer for 10-15 minutes. Scoop the mixture onto tortilla chips & add toppings of your choice.
