1 (1 pound) pork roast
1 (8 ounce) jar chunky salsa
1 (12 ounce) jar Dr. Pepper
1 cup brown sugar
1 (12 ounce) bag corn tortilla chips
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 (15 ounce) can black beans ( rinsed and drained )
1 (15 ounce) can corn ( drained )
1 roma tomato ( diced )
1/4 red onion ( minced )
2 jalapeƱos (cut into slices)
2 Tablespoons sour cream
1/4 cup cilantro ( chopped )
1 (8 ounce) jar chunky salsa
1 (12 ounce) jar Dr. Pepper
1 cup brown sugar

1 (15 ounce) can corn ( drained )

1/4 red onion ( minced )

1/4 cup cilantro ( chopped )
Place pork in the slow cooker, and fill with water until it reaches halfway up the roast.
Cook on high for 3 hours.
Drain the water and cut the pork in thirds.
