Low Sugar Zucchini Bars

As long as we have fresh zucchini from the garden I will be sharing zucchini recipes, giggle

2 Cups zucchini, skin and seed removed (very finely shredded, it should look like applesauce)
4 Cups flour (sifted)
1 Cup unsalted butter (softened)
1 ¾ Cup Splenda
¼ Cup Sugar
2 Eggs (beaten)
2 tsp Ground cinnamon
1 tsp Ginger ( dry)
½ tsp Nutmeg (dry)
2 tsp Baking soda
½ tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Salt
4 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 Cup applesauce
½ Cup raisins ( or chocolate chips see Katie’s Tid Bit below*)

Large mixing bowl
Medium mixing bowl
17 x 12 Baking sheet (bar pan)

Parchment paper

Before You Start Preheat oven to 350? and line baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
