M&M Brownies

These M&M brownies and full of fudge and M&M's. They are chewy and soft.

3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoons water
1/3 cup Hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup milk chocolate M&M's
