Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes

These mashed potatoes are so creamy! Plus you can make them ahead saving you time during the holidays!

5 pounds poatoes (russet or yukon gold are great)
½ cup of butter
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
2 teaspoons garlic salt
½ - 1 cup half & half or a combination of milk and cream*
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon seasoned salt

Sauce:
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
100 g Cheese
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper
