This version of broccoli salad gives you all of the things you love about the original, crisp broccoli, cheddar cheese and smoky bacon all wrapped up in a tangy sauce. Perfect for your Memorial Day picnic and 21 Day Fix approved!

For the dressing:
1 cup 2% or low-fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup 1% or fat free greek yogurt
2 Tbs apple cider vinegar
1 Tbs raw sugar

For the salad:
5 cups broccoli florets
1 cup red onion, chopped small
1 cup shredded cheddar
8 slices reduced-fat turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
black pepper, to taste

1 cup Pomegranate ( Or 1/2 of an average-sized pomegranate )
1 cup Avocado ( Or 1/2 of an average-sized avocado )
1 cup Pineapple ( Don't add the pineapple bark into the mix )
1 cup Banana ( Without the peel )
1 slice Ginger

1. Place all ingredients into a blender
2. Add water until it reaches 3/4 of the cup
