For the Donuts
1/2 c. butter, softened
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. applesauce
1/3 c. vanilla yogurt
1/2 c. mango puree (about 1 whole ripe mango, smashed)
1/3 c. coconut milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla bean paste
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1/2 c. shredded coconut

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
