This is the perfect fall dinner! It takes less than 30 minutes to prepare and tastes so good the whole family will ask for seconds!

1 package fast fry pork medallions
2 tablespoons oil
¼ cup real maple syrup
3 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic, pressed
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
