Have you ever had Lucky Charms cupcakes with marshmallow frosting? These are some seriously good cupcakes and perfect for the kiddos. These would be so cute for a bake sale or just a fun little treat to make with the little ones. The best part of it is the actual Lucky Charm topping and marshmallow frosting. 1 box White Cake Mix
3 Eggs
1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
1 cup Water
1/4 cup softened Butter
7 oz Marshmallow Cream
2 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
1 to 2 tbsp Milk
1-2 cups Lucky Charms cereal
Green Decorating Sugar
