Marshmallow Surprise Cookies

These Marshmallow Surprise Cookies are definitely high up on my list of favorites! A chocolate lover\\\'s dream, filled with ooey gooey melty marshmallows, it\\\'s heaven in every bite!

3 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed light brown sugar
2 sticks (1 c.) salted butter, softened
2 large eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
12 oz. (about 2 c.) mini semisweet chocolate chips
8 oz. mini marshmallows (frozen)
