1/2 Cup Corn Syrup
1 Cup White Sugar
1 1/2- 2 Cups Whole or Halved Peanuts
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Tsp Butter
1 Tsp Baking Soda
A) In a microwavable bowl, combine syrup and sugar. Microwave for 4 minutes on high. B) Add peanuts, cook for 3 minutes. C) Add vanilla and butter, cook for 2 more minutes. D) Add baking soda, stir till foamy. E) On a large well greased baking pan, spread and place in fridge for 15- 30 minutes F) Break into pieces and store in an air tight container to enjoy any time you like.
