Mini Chocolate Cheesecake with Pomegranate

Mini chocolate cheesecakes with a thick cookie crust, topped with fudge sauce and pomegranate seeds.

20 fudge filled sandwich cookies
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
? cup heave cream
¾ cup sugar
1½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup all-purpose flour
3 Tbs cocoa powder
2 eggs, lightly beaten
hot fudge ice cream topping
pomegranate seeds for garnish
