Mini Pizza Bagels

I have a love of frozen snacks – but I don’t love all the unknown ingredients in them! I love to eat pizza bagels, but I knew I could easily make them myself, and use it as a way to get the kids involved in the kitchen. They turned out perfectly, and are a lot better for you than the frozen variety!

8 mini bagels, halved
½ cup pizza sauce
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Pizza toppings (we used mini pepperonis, pineapple tidbits, and ham pieces)

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Arrange your bagels on a cookie sheet, with the cut side up. Top with a spoonful of pizza sauce, a sprinkle of cheese, and your favorite pizza toppings.
