325g Cream Cheese, at room temperature
1 Egg
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
1/4 Cup Icing Sugar
2 Tbsp Cream
Salted Caramel;
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
50g Butter, melted
3 Tbsp Milk
1/2 - 1 Tsp Salt
