MINI WHOLE WHEAT CHOCOLATE PUMPKIN BREADS: NO SUGAR ADDED

It’s pumpkin time!!! Many coming recipes will revolve around it so I hope you like it!!! This recipe is the perfect way to sneak in pumpkin on your family and really they won’t even realize it, they will just devour these.

1 (15 ounce) can of pumpkin, no sugar added
1/2 cup egg whites
2 eggs
1/2 cup applesauce
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups white whole wheat flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
6-8 packets stevia
optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips, grain sweetened
