Mint Chocolate, Banana and Greek Yoghurt Cake

Fudgy chocolate cake with less fat and sugar and a gorgeous zing of mint!

105g whole-wheat flour
105g all-purpose (plain) flour
60g sugar
30g cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract/essence
150ml Greek yoghurt (I used 2%)
75ml vegetable or coconut oil
1 tablespoon honey
2 ripe bananas (mashed)
1 egg
100g good quality mint flavoured dark chocolate (roughly chopped)
