Mixed Berry Overnight Oats

These creamy Mixed Berry Overnight Oats are super easy to make and packed with so much flavour! The perfect way to jazz up your oatmeal!

For the overnight oats:
3 cups rolled oats
3 tbsp sweetener, such as truvia
1/4 cup diced strawberries
1/4 cup raspberries
1/4 cup blueberries
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the compote:
2/3 cup mixed berries; I diced the strawberries and left the blueberries and raspberries whole
2 tbsp sweetener
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp cornflour
Pinch of salt
