A Fabulous - and Diabetic Friendly Smoothie - Great For Breakfast or a dessert!

1
1 ½ cups fresh spinach
½ cup fresh mint leaves
1 small banana, frozen
1 cup frozen fruit of choice – mango, peaches, strawberries, cherries, mixed berries are all fabulous.
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
3 oz plain greek yogurt. (about ½ of a single serving container)
4-5 ice cubes
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup lime juice
2 packets Splenda (about 1-2 tsp)
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp rum extract
