Mom's Apple Crisp

This apple crisp doesn't last long in our house! It is great with whipped cream or ice cream. It is also quick and easy to make. It is the best one I have ever made.

5-6 cups sliced apples
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/3 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Place sliced apples in greased 6x10 baking dish or 9x9 works too. Mix together until crumbly, the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and egg, then sprinkle over the apples. Pour over all the melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees till golden brown.

1 fl. oz. Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth
1 fl. oz. Campari

Stir with Ice & Strain
Pour into Rocks Glass
Garnish with Orange Peel
