Mom's Easy Potato Salad

It really is so delicious and brings back so many memories of growing up, not to mention it is the easiest potato salad recipe I have ever made!

4 lbs of potatoes diced into bite size pieces
8 eggs
2 dill pickles, diced (or about 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup... depending on what you like)
1 cup mayo (I like to use Light Miracle Whip... yes I'm a Miracle Whip girl)
2 to 3 Tablespoons yellow mustard
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons dill pickle juice or white vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste
