Forget the vinegar in this mac-salad recipe! You'll enjoy the crunch of onions & creaminess you crave...just like the way Mom used to make it!

1 lb macaroni salad macaroni
1 small onion, chopped
6 hard boiled eggs, 5 chopped & 1 sliced (for garnishing)
1-2 (2 oz) cans sliced olives, rinsed
8 oz sweet pickle relish
2-3 cups mayonnaise (depending on taste)
1/4 cup ketchup
1 to 1 1/2 tsp salt (depending on taste)
Paprika (for garnishing)
1 small onion, chopped

Cook macaroni according to directions.
Meanwhile chop & slice eggs setting aside the sliced egg.
In a medium bowl combine olives, relish, 2 cups mayonnaise, ketchup and salt.
