Mom's Traditional Pasta Salad

This is by far my favorite summer side dish! It really is so easy and goes with almost anything! I also love that it makes A LOT so I usually bring this side dish to pot lucks!

12 oz Rotini Tri Colored Pasta
-1 chopped red pepper
-1 chopped green pepper
-1 sliced cucumber
-1 can of sliced black olives
-1 chopped tomatoes
-1 small can of mushrooms
-1 small package pepperoni cut in half
- cheese cubes (I use about 1/2 a block of marbled cheddar, but any kind will work)
-1 diced red onion
-Pour 1 (16 oz.) Italian dressing
-1 chopped red pepper
-1 chopped green pepper
-1 sliced cucumber
-1 can of sliced black olives
-1 chopped tomatoes
-1 small can of mushrooms
-1 small package pepperoni cut in half
- cheese cubes (I use about 1/2 a block of marbled cheddar, but any kind will work)
-1 diced red onion
-Pour 1 (16 oz.) Italian dressing
