Fastest cake I have ever made! It is ready in less than 2 minutes and is into your stomach in half that time. Healthy cake served in a coffee mug! Perfect Power breakfast.

4 tbsp of whole wheat flour
2 tbsp of granulated brown sugar
2 tbsp fat free milk
2 tbsp oil
1 egg
2 tbsp of bournvita
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 tsp baking powder or 2 pinches of baking soda
A pinch of white sugar for garnish
