Mushroom Fry


In winter you must love this.

Ingredients:_ 1 onion thinly sliced, 7 to 8 mushrooms,1 cup gram flour, 3 finely chopped green chilly, 2 tbsp fresh coriander and mint chopped, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp grated ginger,salt to taste, oil for deep frying.
Method:- Clean the mushrooms and pat them dry and then cut into small pieces. Take a bowl add sliced onions, mushrooms, chilies, mint and coriander chopped, gram flour,cumin powder, salt, mix them all with water to make thick mixture. Heat oil in a pan, when its hot add spoon full each of the mixture in hot oil and fry till golden brown and crisps on both the sides, drain on a kitchen towel and serve hot.
