No-Bake Apple Pie Icebox Cake

Layers of graham crackers, sweetened cream cheese, whipped cream and apple pie filling make up this delicious icebox cake.

For the apple filling:
5 medium apples, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
For the cream cheese filling:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons caramel sauce
1 (8 oz.) tub frozen whipped topping, thawed
Additional cake ingredients:
1 box graham crackers
1 (8 oz.) tub frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup heath milk chocolate toffee bites
