NO Bake Cookies Better with Peanut Butter

A gooey no bake cookie with an added flavor of peanut butter.

1 1/2 cups sugar, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cocoa, 1 stick margarine, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 3 cups quick oats
Combine sugar and milk in large saucepan. Boil for 1 minute and then add the margarine and peanut butter. Stir till melted. Remove from heat and quickly add remaining ingredients. Stir well and drop by spoonfuls ( or I use a small cookie scoop) onto a waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate until firm. Makes about 3 dozen cookies and store in refrigerator.
You can use crunchy peanut butter for added texture and crunch also.
