No-Bake Nutter Butter Dessert Bars

Layers of Nutter Butter Cookie, peanut butter, pudding, cream cheese and whipped cream make up these delicious no-bake dessert bars.

28 Nutter Butter cookies, divided
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar, divided
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup cold milk
1 (3.9 oz.) package instant vanilla pudding mix
