Easy no bake strawberry cheesecakes made with only a blender

For the Crust
1 c. pretzels, crushed
6 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. sugar
For the Cheesecake

1 Tbsp. plain gelatin (1 pkt. Knox)
1/4 c. warm water
1 1/4 c. fresh strawberries, sliced
1 1/4 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. vanilla yogurt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

For the Crust Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Spoon into 10 small glass jars and press into the bottom. Set aside.
