No Bean Beef Chili

I grew up eating chili with beans. I didn’t know they made chili without beans! Then I got married. And my adorable husband well – he hates beans. Hates them. So I needed to figure out a way to make chili without beans and still have more than just tomatoes and meat. So here it is. I make such a huge amount because chili tastes better if it is cooked for a while. So, why would I do this to myself more than once a winter? 5-6 pounds of ground beef, browned
2 Tbsp of Chili powder, divided
3 tsp of Cumin, divided
1 tsp white pepper
2 tsp red pepper, divided
2 cans (14.5 oz) Stewed Tomatoes
4 cans (14.5 oz) Diced Tomatoes
4 cans (29 oz) Tomato Sauce
1 lg jar of Salsa (medium to hot and chunky style)
6 Green Peppers (about 7 cups)
4 Red Peppers (about 4 cups)
1 large Cubanelle Pepper
1 Whole Jalapeno Diced
2 Jalapenos seeded and then diced
6-7 Cups of Onions Chopped
8 Garlic Cloves minced
1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
