No-Deflate Make-Ahead Whipped Cream

This secret ingredient helps your cream to keep longer so you can make it in advance for all those pies!

1 cup chilled heavy whipping cream
¼ cup mascarpone (may use more if desired)
3-6 tablespoons powdered sugar, depending on preference (may use more if desired)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Place all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. With a hand mixer, beat on medium to high speed until stiff peaks form.
