No-Knead Honey Oat Bread

This easy yeast bread is sweetened with honey and loaded with oats. Perfect for toast, sandwiches and snacking.

2 cups water, divided
1 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons active dry yeast
1 egg
4 to 5 cups all-purpose flour
