Nutella-Banana Whole Wheat Crepes (Vegetarian)

Who knew crepes could be so ridiculously easy to make? These are great as a quick breakfast or even better for dessert (with ice cream of course!)

1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 egg white
1/2 cup skim milk
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon applesauce
dash of cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
4 teaspoon of Nutella
1 banana, cut into small slices
[i]Optional[/i]: whipped cream, 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar for dusting
