A pillowy soft cream cheese base cookie rolled in Nutter Butters!

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
4 ounces (1/2 block) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
10 Nutter Butter cookie crumbs
1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted (optional)

1 cup sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
10 Nutter Butter cookie crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
