The best cookie bars or cookie sticks in this case, are gooey and fall apart. That’s my opinion of course, maybe you are a crispy cookie person. These Oatmeal Peanut Butter and Butterscotch Cookie Sticks literally melt in your mouth! I like the sticks over cutting into a bar because they dunk in milk perfectly
