Oatmeal Wheat Pancakes
This is our family's favorite pancake recipe. We love it topped with sliced bananas and sprinkled with cinnamon -- and of course a little maple syrup on top!

1-1/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. quick oatmeal
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbl. canola oil
2 Tbl brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
