Bread Besan Toast Recipe is a quick and delicious evening snack that can be made in just ten minutes.This recipe is very flavorful and healthy flat bread, high in protein and gluten free.

2 Bread slices
1/2 cup Gram Flour / Besan / Kadalai Mavu
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
Salt to taste
1 small carrot grated
1 tblspn ½ to 1chopped coriander leaves finely chopped
1 green chillies chopped finely
1 tblspn Oil
1/2 cup Water
Take all the ingredients except oil and bread in a bowl and mix well. Slice your bread slices as your liking. Place bread slices in it and coat on both sides. Place it in a heated tawa and drizzle with oil. Cook it on both sides till golden. Remove and serve.
