3 1/2 cups hot water
1/2 cup powdered milk
1/2 cup mashed potato flakes
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 tsp salt

3 cups flour
2 tablespoons instant yeast
5 cups flour

Put all of the ingredients except the 5 cups flour in a mixing bowl and mix on medium speed. Continue adding flour until dough doesn't stick to the sides of the bowl. Knead dough for 3 minutes. Let dough rest on oiled conter for 15 minutes, covered. Roll out dough into a large circle, and using a pizza cutter, cut into 18 - 20 pizza slices. Roll in crescent style, starting at the wide end & rolling towards the narrow tip. Place rolls on a greased baking sheet and let rolls rise for 45 minutes, covered. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes and brush tops of rolls with melted butter.
