Olive Garden Creamy Italian Dressing (copycat) transforms store bought salad dressing mix into a creamy and tangy dressing, tasting like what you get at the popular restaurant.

1 packet Italian dressing mix, .7 ounces
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons water
1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Put all ingredients into a jar or cruet with a tight lid and shake until well combined. Or mix ingredients together in a medium bowl with a whisk.
