Omelet with onions and yellow cheese

1 pinch of salt
3 sprigs parsley
150 g cheese
1 bunch spring onions
'60 butter
40 ml. milk
10 eggs
Cleaned, washed and chopped spring onions and stew in some of the fat to poluomekvane. Apart broken eggs (well pre-washed in lukewarm water or soap) and mix them lightly with milk. They add chopped parsley and chopped cheese. To this mixture add the slightly cooled poluzadushen onions. Confuse everything well and pour into a heated, with the remaining oil pan. Mixture fry on both sides until tender. Omelet Serve warm with a salad of your choice.
