One Bowl Chocolate Cake (made from scratch!)

One bowl, dump in all the ingredients, mix together and you are done! And it’s full of delicious chocolate goodness.

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup baking cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup buttermilk*
2 eggs
1 cup hot water
