One Pan Chicken Ranch Pasta

4 slices bacon
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups shredded chicken
8 ounces rotini pasta
1 package (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
