One Pot Jalapeno Popper Mac and Cheese - full of pasta shells, cheese, bacon, and jalapenos! SO quick and easy!

3-4 slices bacon, diced
½ cup diced jalapeños*
3 cups broth (chicken or vegetable)
2 cups skim milk
1 (16 oz) box medium pasta shells, uncooked
1 teaspoon salt, more or less to taste
¼ teaspoon black pepper, more or less to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ cup mayo, room temperature
¼ cup sour cream, room temperature
4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
4 oz shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, room temperature
In a large stockpot, cook diced bacon and jalapeños together over medium heat, until bacon is cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
